Product inspection process is fine-built and executed in line with the ISO9001 system. All inspection reports are well documented and properly communicated.

Customer responses are recognized as improvement opportunities and corrective/preventive actions are closely monitored with routine audit. Customer satisfaction is the top priority.

The main instruments, include Malvern Laser Paticlesizer, Induced Coupled Plasma (ICP) spectrometer, Atomic Absorption (AA) spectrometer and various tools for PSD, are under controlled stability through scheduled calibration and check-sample monitoring. Abnormal monitoring results are analyzed to find out the root cause and thus improve the instrument stability.

Our technicians have diversified method-development and validation experiences in chemical analysis and particle size characterization.
New analysis methods and process improvement opportunities are developed through knowledge and analysis-data integration in an on-line data bank.
